Ownership and engagement model

Horizon provides acquisition consulting and coordinates professionals involved in building client portfolios. Investors generally acquire and own properties directly through an appropriate ownership structure; Horizon is not presenting this service as a pooled investment vehicle.

Licensed and affiliated services

Brokerage, legal, property-management, lending, tax, insurance, and other regulated services are provided only through properly licensed professionals and separate written agreements, where applicable. Providers may be affiliated with Horizon or independent. Their services and fees are distinct from Horizon’s consulting engagement.

Investment risk

Real estate involves risk, including loss of capital, vacancies, unexpected expenses, financing risk, illiquidity, market changes, and legal or regulatory changes. Historical ownership or management experience does not ensure future performance.
